Good idea Michael. I live on Seaman off of Dyckman. The noise emanating from car stereos, motorcycle engines, and screeching car tires is wafting into my apartment through closed windows. It's enough to wake me up at night. The NYPD van that is periodically stationed at the Getty station on Dyckman and Seaman appears to have deterred the noisemakers somewhat but the van isn't there every Fri-Sun like it was at one point.
