The median has city-maintained trees and shrubs.

It has been a couple years since weeding and mulching has occurred and the problem now is that many weeds are growing through and it needs re-mulching because the weed control fabric is all exposed.

Furthermore, dog owners are constantly letting their dogs poop and pee all over here and it messes up the median. Can we get a city-sign that tell owners not to let their dogs do their business here?
