Cars are illegally parked on the sidewalk on the 4500 block of Marple St. The police don't always come when called; understandable since this is a high crime city. The majority of the violators are the family and friends of the residents, some are the residents themselves. They don't just park on the sidewalk of the folks they are visiting but on the sidewalk of the other residents on the block. This is very inconsiderate!!!! In addition the homeowner will be responsible for any damage done to the sidewalk. Any suggestions?
