Description

When you are northbound on Rt 100, turning left at Pennsylvania Ave, the turn light remains RED when no cars are coming. I can sit there to 2-3 mins with absolutely no traffic in site. Then I watch cars come from the Graphite Mine traffic light only to be stopped when they get to Pennsylvania Avenue. How stupid is that? 100 cars have to stop and idle to allow 1 car (me) to turn left. The lights through Eagle should be programmed to sense flow because there are countless times I could have turned left and NEVER affected southbound Rt 100 traffic.
