Description
Tried to contact Property Owner via certified mail: "Van in your backyard (off Senate Street) being occupied as a squat."
Letter to the Registered Owner came back unanswered.
Neighbors tired of cleaning human fecal waste from Senate Street.
Foam matresses and other
flammable trash in yard. Building occupied. Should the yard catch fire the building and the whole block could burn down. People could get hurt or worse. I urge the City to act. Thank You, Richard T. Desvernine Jr. (215) 203-4365

This property is already listed under Licenses and Inspections. Once a property is listed under L & I, they will keep re-inspecting it. If they do not comply, then it is put in for court and then there will be court fees. As for the squatters, please report to the police. Thank you. (mb)
