Description

Green light to exit Stage Ave onto Richmomd Street is only green long enough for 4 cars or 1 tractor Trailerand traffic gets backed up all the way past the recycle facility

Agreed and sometimes there will be a line of 20 cars because of all the white trash going to the scrap yard, Sometimes I'll be the 2nd or 3rd car at the light and it will be red before I can go. They at least need to change the light pattern of put in a right turning lane.
