On the right hand side, a sharp piece of metal from a manhole is sticking right up. It will pierce a tire if driven over. BTW, West Chester streets are terrible. For being a seat of one of the wealthiest counties in the US, its streets are in complete disrepair, uneven, full of potholes , and badly repaired patches.
