Description
The tiny strip mall has gone way south since the Grand Cafe opened up. I can't get chinese food without walking past/through a dog fight, an alcohol fueled argument, or someone smoking crack. The Pocket wireless has some pretty suspicious traffic as well. I just wonder why 6 people need to wait inside the store, unless they're involved in selling something other than phones.
Police, please take notice. The traffic in that shopping center is really bringing the block down.

Ugh, this just reaffirms why I don't go down Grand. I avoid it, and it's a real shame, bec honest business people, like Salsa's and Adriana's, etc... don't get the customer traffic that they would get if Grand were safer. NHPD - please get in there and clean it out. Can pressure be put on the landlords, too?

I agree the place is infested with drugs!! New haven police seem to ignore the place even when its obvious they are selling cocaine right out of their bathrooms.
