Not a problem Tom, if I see that a Department has not responded to an issue than I make sure to pass it on so they are aware of it, Especially with people being ill and furlough days, we want to keep up on the situation.
I have already discussed the malfunction of meter #5236 with our Parking Services Office. Field staff are handling, expect to have a fix today (morning).
