I reported a problem with weekend traffic levels. I disagree with your finding. Clearly you didn't complete a weekend traffic study between 1/16 and 1/18. Share more of your conclusion please.

GreggMassey has a valid point. I have found lots of lights that go into a "non-peak" mode on evenings or weekends that do not make sense. Seems that 311 and the traffic master planners do not communicate. Only the techs who report back with "no trouble found"... Large cities need sophisticated traffic light control systems. Seems Mpls does not care to tackle this issue.
