This same problem was reported at http://seeclickfix.com/issues/224015-broken-bus-benches, and that problem was also referred to "Coast United Advertising". The organization Keep Temescal Clean and Beautiful contacted Coast United Advertising and found they don't own these benches. The City of Oakland owns these benches and needs to fix them.
