I LIVE 150 ft from this light. I'd like to see the police ticketing the jerks who think that laying on their horns at 7am will somehow make the light turn green.

While I agree that honking - especially at that time of morning - is inconvenient, I find it hard to believe they are honking at a light. They are probably honking at other drivers who are not paying attention to the light. I know that it only allows like 3 or 4 cars to go through once green if coming from Forest and making a left onto Fountain. Its frustrating - especially when someone is practically asleep at the wheel.
The other problem is that people tend to go beyond the line and I know some trucks (even family type trucks), commercial trucks and buses have a hard time making that turn if someone is over the line. Thus they have to honk to get them to move.
The entire stretch of Forest between 34 and Fountain is HORRIBLE! The whole street needs to be looked and revamped.
