The problem has not been corrected. It's just moving down the street. Apparently when this inidividual decides he needs to clean his car - he just opens the window and throws out his bag of fast food garbage. I've noticed the trash is now accumulating closer to Tomlinson Ave. It's sad that people think it's ok to litter. Wish the person could be stopped.
