Last night I sent an email to our OPD Problem Solving Officer that included P&M Market and the corner of 34th and Hollis as a serious problem area.This appears to be the meeting point for all the bad actors in our neighborhoods. The drug sellers, buyers, prostitutes and neighborhood problem residents. EVERY time I drive by the market (which is at least twice per day) I can spot something illegal going down. Drug sale, purchase, or sex trade.
