The Uptown Library has been a problem area for snow and ice year after year. They clear the sidewalk in front of the library but not on the side, on Sheridan, which becomes a sheet of ice. Are they required to take care of this area too, since it's adjacent to their property? It's become a danger, especially since there's a bus stop right there.
