in my opinion that entrance should be dug up and a culvert pipeinstalled underneath so there is no need for a rain"gutter" there .i also agree with the other comment i too have had a close call from traffic on leggs mills entering and exiting.

Please fix this!! It's only a matter of time before there is another accident! In the colder months, water collects here and creates a sheet of ice. It becomes very hard to accelerate in time to get into a lane and avoid getting smashed by a car coming over the hill. Thank you for listening

Please fix this problem!!!!! I saw a man almost get into an accident yesterday because he had to pull out slowly to avoid bottoming out on this ditch, as a car came speeding over the hill on Leggs Mill rd coming from 9W!! Something HAS to be done!!!!!!

problem is distinguishing who owns it dave brink (owner of park ) or the town. regardless it needs to be fixed.

this is going on 9 months isnt the town responsible for a certain distance on either side of the pavement?

Leggs Mills Rd is a county road also not a Town of Ulster Highway Road. Not trying to give you a run around, just want to give you the proper information.
