There are no zoning issues - Zoning cannot compel someone to put up a fence unless it is part of a site plan for commercial development.

Its more of a Safety issue than zone, yesterday I saw one large fox running by within 3 feet from that fence. I'm concerned about the residents and the kids coming into contact with these wild animals.

When was the last time a healthy fox attacked anyone unprovoked?
Leave the fox be, they won't hurt anyone unless it has rabies.

Good afternoon: As priviously stated in a similar post in October 2012, this property is considered to be agricultural land and therefore exepmt from the Property Maintenance Ordinance. However we did contact the property owner and asked them to either repair the fence or remove it completely as there is no requirement that a fence be maintained at this location. The owner indicated that the hole was opened during the October Storm in 2011 to allow access for brush clearing. The owner stated that they would make repairs to the fence in the spring of 2013.
