Only uninhabited house on that block of Calhoun (except for house being rehabilitated by Historic Macon). Porch is in a significant state of disrepair, visible ceiling damage on front porch, with suspicions of major damage to the interior. Front/back yard unkempt. Paint/siding on house is peeling/damaged.
