Description
There are a massive number of rats living in this building. They frequently consume the garbage when it is put out on the street. Multiple times over the last month I have witnessed 20+ rats at a time climbing over the garbage in front of this residence. This is a public nuisance which is very dangerous for neighbors and anyone walking on the sidewalk past this building.

this is a nice, clean building and i have never seen one rat. but hey, this is new york city folks, if you cant stand the rats move to the suburbs.
