Thank you for your report. We are aware of the windrow in your area and will do our best to address this issue as soon as we are able. Currently we have crews working 24 hours around the clock clearing snow in and around the City. Our estimation is that we have 125 Km of windrows out there requiring our attention and with over 10,000 loads of snow hauled away already, this has made for a particularly trying year for removal due to the higher volume loads.
