Description

Isn't it time the city enforced some ordinances against the owners of the Pink Palace (former Skidmore Moore Hall) for piles of dried wooden debris (fire hazard), graffiti on the back of the building, and overgrown weeds and shrubs. Union Avenue is one of the Spa City's grand entrances, and the city needs to ensure there are no unsightly locations. I can't believe city ordinances allow piles of branches and so forth to just sit there and dry out, weeds on the roof, overgrown shrubs, and graffiti. The Picture below is from last fall, but the situation has not changed much there.
