Actually, the whole street from rt. 100 up as far as Collins Drive is in desperate need of repair (as in close it for as long as necessary to repave it) but it's been suggested to me that this will never happen since Goshen is a shortcut to the hospital for ambulances.
I have lived off Goshen Rd for 20 yrs., and this road has never, never been repaved. All that is done to this road is patch work. It is a disgrace. The Borough of West Chester should get on the ball and repave the entire stretch of this road behind the hospital which generates a huge tax base for the borough. I have never seen a road stay in disrepair for such a long time ever in my life.
