Description

Cars coming over S. Mountain Reservation to Eagle Rock then take LLewellyn Road as a cut through to Grove Street. At rush hours, Llewellyn becomes a raceway, with cars racing at least 20 to 40 miles over the speed limit. There are never police officers and one day, a child is going to be killed. I have already lost two dogs, hit by speeding cars!
