Description
A white contractor van with a ladder on top has been parking almost daily at the end of Kauffman St for the past 2 weeks, which blocks the alley and is not a legal parking spot. Perhaps white boxes could be painted at the ends of the alleys to prevent parking in these areas in the future.

Update: The van is grey, not white.
