Every week here at Potomac Place, we have a weekly (if not daily) visit from the Trash Fairy, who enjoys dumping garbage piles at the curbside. Every once in a while, these trash heaps are hauled off, but are replaced by more. The latest and greatest annoyances are a couch that had been sitting out there for weeks and the collection of shopping baskets that has reached a critical (if not criminal) level.
