(a) Every person owning or having charge or control of any unsecured building shall remove all combustible waste and refuse therefrom and lock, barricade or otherwise secure all windows, doors and openings in the building to prohibit entry by unauthorized persons.

Vacant lots at 1701 and 1703 Vance Ave (associated with house at 1705 Vance Ave) are overgrown and need cutting and clearing.

This complaint was reported in April and the Inspector went to this location and violations were found and a case was started. The owner will be given 30 days to correct the problems or be cited to Enviromental Court.
