It's a free economy and this happens every time the price of precious metals goes up and there is a recession and people loose their jobs and NEED money. If the Township allows it then what's the issue? Complain to whoever you Council person is. Oh yea, the value of your house was 'degenerated' years ago and will never recover. Have a nice day.
