Description

This is a relatively newly planted tree, perhaps a Hawthorne, that is falling over onto the sidewalk area. Actually it looks like someone may have pushed it over so that they can park on the street in that location and open their car door. In any case, the tree shouldn't be blocking the sidewalk.
