20 days later, has this issue been fixed,probably not.Who gets notified about these issues and how do they go about fixing these problems.

Well I think the someone at the mercury monitors local issues.......maybe someone needs to email someone at the borough though.......we had a street lamp out on our street and it was fixed within 6 hours of the email. Anyway.....for this light:
Report problems to: Public Works Office(streets division)
610-970-6527 this is the number to call for traffic lights...if a few of us call, then they can send someone to the control box to re-program the traffic light.

New sensors appear to be installed and working much better.
