I've notified Capt. Craghead at the Downtown Police District. If you see anything suspicious please call 911 immediately to get RPD to respond. When Capt. Craghead has had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

Thank you. Some people in the area have done neighborhood watch patrols over the last week or so, but have been unable to catch anyone. We appreciate the help. I don't want to see one of these fires get out of contol. It is extremely dangerous.

Capt. Craghead has responded. His officers will be in touch with RFD about the fire calls so far and you can expect some extra attention to be paid here over the upcoming period of time.

There is also a streetlight out around 1107/1108 Norris street -- hope that gets fixed soon.

I was just going for a run down Frank and noticed a suspicious person. White male, blondish facial hair in a goatee, late 20s/early 30s, wearing a grey hoodie pulled up on his head that said something about "staff" on it, khakis, black Adidas/Puma soccer style shoes with white stripes... He was walking slowly and sometimes on the ROW in people's yards, then cut across Brookside and up into Conn (maybe towards the cut-through in back?). I held back some and watched him, then ran again and passed him to get a look at his face. Probably nothing, but you never know if he is seen again or has been before. Around 5pm.
