Description

4 black bags in front of 608 Elliott St NE were left as well as 3 white and 1 black trash bags have been sitting at the corner of Elliott St NE and F st NE for over 2 weeks. The trash men have continually left them. Please collect as something (rats/cats/squirrels) are eating at the bags. The bags are placed there continually by a resident on F ST.
