Description

There are several people that think RIO VISTA PARK is a dog park. They drive up and let their dogs run free to harass other dogs who are on a leash. This happens in the afternoon mostly between 3 and 6 . Here is a van that two women drove up in and let 6 dogs jump out off and run around like crazy..Could someone come to the park to monitor the violations and start issuing tickets?
