Description

Neighbors have multiple pit bulls in my yard on a daily basis. They have been in my yard almost every day this week with no leashes and the owners are no where in sight. They open their front door and let the dogs do as they please. It's very unsafe not to mention the poop in everyone's yards. The neighbors are sick of it and nothing has been done. This has been going on for over a year. Someone is going to get hurt with dogs that big off leashes.
