Description

The alley between Moss Side Ave and Montrose on the 2900 block has many potholes. The pot holes behind this address have filled with water continuously for over two month. The water now has traveled half the length of the alley, continuously filling all pot holes and making the soil moist, making it seem like there is a major water break under the alley.
This issue was submitted before and has never been addressed. The water is now traveling the length of the alley and into the street on Essex. There is definitely a water leak under the alley near this address.
