Description

The entire grass edge from Webster to Main Street needs a clean, there is trash everywhere and it has been there for months. I've seen that this doesn't even get cleaned before it gets mowed - they just run over all the trash with the lawn mower.

A. General litter: coffee cups, plastic bottles, packaging, etc.
