Could the city please discard these items? The pathway also needs to be dismantled as the people using it as a cut through tend to be the ones up to no good - hanging out in the wooded section and checking the car doors of the residents in the area. It's bad enough there is a destroyed eyesore of a house in this neighborhood

Family Dollar owns the cart

I like the path as my family and I use it when we take walks in the neighborhood. But it's not taken car of at all. Maybe if the trees were cleared more and it was lit at night it wouldn't be a place for trouble to hide

I'm not sure about clearing it out. But I sure wouldn't want a family trying to enjoy a walk to step on broken glass or needles simply because people are feeling free to use it as a dumping ground as they walk through or drive by. During the day people are just parking their cars and sitting there doing who knows what?

We have cleaned the area of the TV's and debris. We have also called carriage in to Family Dollar, 190 Oak St. (508-897-8820) for collection. Under the City carriage ordinance, we will pick up carriage and charge owner for its return if not picked up by them within 72 hours.
