Description
Having the homeless encampment building up is bad enough....but if the city can at least pick up the piles of trash being tossed into a fenced in area, that will really help. That mountain of trash (which we can only imagine must contain human waste) poses a serious health hazard. Too much garbage litter the streets and it's very depressing to see and be exposed to this. If you can't remove the camps, at least remove and pick up the trash and clean up the streets.
