Description

Detroit Investment company refuses to follow solid waste schedule after posted on their property and advising to check schedule before leaving debris at curb. Yard waste collection was TUESDAY and they cleaned their investment property WEDNESDAY ... leaving bags to sit indefinitely because Wednesday was the LAST collection day for the season. Perhaps another citation will help them become GOOD neighbors.
