Description

Please clean this site up. The trash it is creating in this community is atrocious. It is bad enough street cleaning services barely touch the area now we have the burden of homeless blight and trash. Needless to say, the increase vehicle break-ins and property vandalism. WHY ARE THEY ABLE TO PUT UP THEIR TENT CITIES HERE BUT NOT IN BERNAL OR NOE OR PACIFIC HEIGHTS.
