Description

We have had multiple instances of our neighbor playing their music so loudly you can hear it in our house with the doors and windows closed. Last night they hosted a party with 5- to 100 people present and were playing drums and other musical instruments in an outdoor structure. This lasted from approximately 7 pm until 9:30 pm and requests to stop were met with shrugs and smiles.
