Description

As one pulls from Devane onto Morganton it is almost impossible to see your way clear to turn onto Morganton. This is because trees are blocking the view of the driver leaving Devane. If there is an accident at this intersection due in part to this vision obstruction the city or whoever is responsible for clearing this could be held partially liable for damages.
