Description

Walk sign stuck at 10. Almost got hit by a car because I saw 10 seconds left and was walking east on 26th so I didn't know there was a red light as it is a one way street and there are know traffic lights except for the walk sign. Luckily I heard the car coming. But if I was listening to headphones I probably wouldn't have.
