Hi there. This issue is unresolved as the street light remains broken. Photo attached.

I've contacted EMC again. They indicated that they will have it fixed (both globe and light) within 3 to 5 business days. Please let me know at the end of that time frame if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either close it or re-notify EMC. Thanks! Tracy
