GA Power crews cut up a tree that is in the canal behind my home to restore power and left it in the County-owned canal that runs between Gale Break and Hopecrest. GA Power says it is the property owners responsibility to clean it up - which is you. The canal is chock full of tree debris, flow is restricted, mosquitoes are breeding, and snakes/rats are finding good new homes. Please come clean this up - and clear vegetation out of the canal as well.
