Description

The construction site at the corner of 7th St SE and Pennsylvania Ave SE (across from Eastern Market) closed the sidewalk midway through the block and is not providing an accessible route for pedestrians. This is a safety hazard and forces pedestrians to walk in the street. The construction company is required by law in the District to provide a safe route for pedestrians.
