Description
The shoulder of Western Ave between Manning Blvd and Orlando Ave (both sides of the road) is loaded with leaves, glass, and other debris. This is where cyclists ride and the glass has caused my tires to go flat. The leaves have also clogged up the sewers and caused flooding. Please ask DGS to regularly clean the shoulders of Western.
