Auto shop parks their large trucks on sidewalk and the city ( no enforcement!) let's them. Now sidewalk is destroyed! If the city let's them park on the sidewalk, then no need to fix. Pedestrians are blocked from using sidewalk and are forced to use the street. Extremely dangerous on Railroad ave.
