Description

The traffic light for the left turn lane on South bound Shaver to East bound W. Melody is not activating to allow left turn traffic through. I reported this once before and the problem is still there. I have attached a photograph of traffic backed up at this location. The photo shows the back up after four cycles of the light. Since the left turn signal never activated within four cycles of the light, only two cars per cycle were able to make the left turn. Cars were darting out of the lane, making U-turns in front of Tractor Supply and using Walmart to access the side of the light that was working properly. The lane was backed up all the way to Lenox Ave within minutes. Thanks.
