Description
This neighbor locks his open trailer (sometimes full of trash) to the light post everyday in front of his house, is this legal? I don't mind him running his business out of his home, but he already has 4-6 different vehicles around on a daily basis, which takes up valuable curbside parking for others. On weekends the cars (which have his company signs) are all parked in close proximity to his home. My gripe is it looks bad for the neighborhood and there are people trying to sell their homes. Thanks.
