NS inspected 11/29/16. Landscaping business being operated out of property. Commercial trucks parked on the lot along with equipment and snow plows stored along side fence area. Zoning will prepare an OTC.

Tenant came in to the zoning office and was informed on the process to try and legalize the use of this property (ZBA&PZC). Paperwork was handed out to apply for the public hearings, but it has not been submitted thus far. Will give some time to receive the application to these hearings, if nothing is done in a timely manner and violations persist, zoning will issue an affidavit.
